BJYM Vision

"BAL JYOTI YUVA MANCH" aim to build a society in which every child attains the right to protection, survival, participation and development. We empower children by providing them with education and awareness programmes on various issues. Our NGO has been actively involved in advocating for reforms to prevent, identify and address child rights and protection concerns. We conduct training workshops for primary, middle and senior school children as well as teachers. These workshops have included stress and sexual awareness, health and nutrition awareness, hygiene and life style awareness, civic education, alcohol and substance abuse prevention, children in crime, career guidance and so on. We provide education help/sponsorship to financially poor children.

With regard to youth empowerment, our NGO envision a world where young people are respected and able to influence and inform decisions that affect their lives or on which they have strong opinions. "BAL JYOTI YUVA MANCH" offer career advisory services with the aim of getting people trained for the most suitable jobs; implement programmes training the youth and equip them with such skills that will make them gain employment to sustain themselves; build a platform that can discover young talent; promote leadership among the youth; work with youth on issues related to health, education, human rights, civic education, anti-corruption and other development issues.

"BAL JYOTI YUVA MANCH" work for the cause and care of disadvantaged older persons and to improve their quality of life and free them from exploitation, abuse and discrimination. Our NGO envisions a society where elderly have the right to an active, healthy and dignified life and to achieve their full potential by access to educational, cultural, spiritual and recreational resources. Our vision is to help elders rebuild their own lives and take charge of their own future, restoring self-worth and confidence. We are integrating our programmes and services, and consciously moving from welfare towards development and long-term sustainability for seniors.

Our NGO will be a source of support and empowerment to vulnerable girls and women and their families. "BAL JYOTI YUVA MANCH" assist in dealing with women's and girls' health issues, women's rights, financial issues, social issues including harassment, domestic violence, dowry, reproductive and maternal health, family planning, legal support, entrepreneurship skills, self-help groups and confidence building.

"BAL JYOTI YUVA MANCH" aim in improving performance of physically and mentally challenged persons in educational, vocational, psychological and physical spheres. We support rehabilitation, specialized education, vocational training, career guidance, personality development, social and cultural mainstreaming, family adjustment support and public sensitization.

Our NGO is working in the direction of human rights, values and development. We organize with positive thinking and humanity, promote legal and civic education, monitor rights violations and advocate reforms of policies, laws and practices in line with human rights standards.

"BAL JYOTI YUVA MANCH" has the vision of fundamental health education for different classes and communities. We aim to make health services accessible through qualified experts, coordinate health campaigns, conduct scientific health examinations, run door-to-door health programmes, blood donation and awareness initiatives.

Our NGO assist in improving rural and backward areas and promote development of economic and social standards. We also aim to empower farmers and improve agricultural productivity, and support fishing communities through advanced harvesting, processing, distribution and marketing practices.

"BAL JYOTI YUVA MANCH" deals with environment issues including depletion of natural resources, deforestation, global warming, pollution and conservation. We perform research, work with institutions and create public awareness campaigns.

We also promote entrepreneurship, consumer welfare, art and culture awareness, accident prevention, natural calamity support and animal wellness.
